Each result is compared with the control protein-source group specified in that trial — soybean meal, fishmeal or soy protein concentrate, according to its actual design — and reported separately. No significant difference against such a control is a positive outcome, at a clearly lower raw material cost.
Replacing soy protein concentrate in suckling piglets
24 litters, 288 piglets, experimental facility in Fengning (Hebei), October 2020. No significant differences in litter weight at weaning, feed intake, apparent digestibility of energy and nutrients, or in serum biochemical, antioxidant and immune parameters.
Partial replacement of extraction meals in cows in lactation
Almost a year of trials and production runs on close to 4,000 Holstein cows in Beijing, Tianjin, Ningxia and other regions. Replacing 50–75% of soybean meal (10–15% of the concentrate mix) raised average milk yield by 13.83%, i.e. 2.88 kg per cow per day. No adverse effect on health or reproduction was found.
Partial replacement of soybean meal in poultry formulations
The concentrate enters poultry rations at 5–15% as a partial substitute for soybean meal, with lysine, methionine and threonine balanced. The basis is the documentation of precision nutrition technology for livestock, poultry and fish: a low level of anti-nutritional factors, a light golden-yellow colour with no scorched odour and good feed palatability. CPC as an alternative to fishmeal
In largemouth bass studies, approximately 40–50% fishmeal replacement by CPC has maintained good growth, flesh quality and health under certain tested conditions. Higher replacement levels are formulation- and study-dependent and should not be presented as a universal no-effect level.
Protein-fat preparation for ruminants
In a 30-day trial on Han sheep, a protein-fat preparation based on CPC increased average daily gain by 40 g compared with the group fed soybean meal.

Free gossypol is controlled by product specification (CPC 60 ≤400 mg/kg, CPC 65 ≤300 mg/kg) and reported on the batch COA. The finished-feed level should be calculated according to the target species, inclusion rate and applicable regulatory/customer requirements.
Yes. CPC is rich in arginine but lower in lysine and methionine than fishmeal. At higher replacement levels the reference formulations include DL-methionine and L-threonine, plus an adjustment of monocalcium phosphate.

Yes. Once the segment, product grade and planned volume are agreed we send a 1–5 kg sample together with the batch certificate of analysis — for testing in your laboratory or in a pilot formulation.
Adding 5–20% CPC in place of fishmeal or soy protein concentrate increases pellet durability, the expansion rate and oil absorption capacity in low-starch extruded feed. It limits oil leakage from high-fat feeds and cuts production losses by one percentage point.
