Application

Four species,
one raw material

A different inclusion rate and different results for every species — choose your segment.

Dairy cattle

Replaces 50–75% of soybean meal in the concentrate mix. In trials on close to 4,000 cows in lactation, average milk yield rose by 13.83% with no adverse effect on health or reproduction. The nutritional profile is close to soybean meal — net energy for lactation and crude protein are clearly higher than in ordinary cottonseed meal.

Why CPC

Low temperature throughout the process

≥87%

Amino acids in protein

The process avoids high-temperature cooking and is designed to minimize protein denaturation and preserve the nutritional value of proteins and amino acids.

45 kDa

Molecular weight

Almost eight times lower than soy protein (350 kDa) — high water absorption and digestibility.

≤400mg/kg

Free gossypol

CPC 60 ≤400 mg/kg, CPC 65 ≤300 mg/kg in line with the product specification. Batch-specific results are reported on the Certificate of Analysis.

−50%

Process energy

Low-temperature extraction and rapid drying after liquid pressing instead of heat treatment.

Suckling piglets

No significant differences vs SPC

288 piglets, 24 litters. Weaning weight, feed intake and nutrient digestibility showed no differences against soy protein concentrate.

Dairy cows

+2.88 kg milk / day

Close to 4,000 cows in lactation, four regions, almost a year of observation. 50–75% of soybean meal replaced, with no effect on health or reproduction.

Poultry

5–15% of the ration

A partial substitute for soybean meal in broiler and layer formulations. Low anti-nutritional factor content and good palatability of the raw material.

Largemouth bass

40–50% of fishmeal

In largemouth bass, replacing approximately 40–50% of fishmeal maintained good growth performance under the conditions tested. Higher levels are formulation-dependent and require separate validation.
